Adorable Spanish bungalow, 2 bed 1 1/2 bath in Highland Park, Los Angeles. Good sized room, smallish closet ( garage storage available ) fully furnished bedroom ( slightly different than in the pics ) and semi-private bath ( shared shower/tub ) common spaces are living room, dining room, kitchen. Driveway parking. Backyard for entertaining. I have 2 wonderful dogs that get on great with other dogs and cats. The house is a 5 min walk to York Blvd with many shops, restaurants, coffee, etc… and a short walk ( about 1 mi ) to Figueroa St with more amenities. 2 Metro stations within a mile or so.

I am 58 female, I identify as she/her Seeking roommate for short term ( 6 months ) rental . I’ll be renting out the entire house afterwards.
