ABOUT THE CONDO
It’s a great place to live for military and DOD personnel, and is centrally-located. Located in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes drive to Pearl Harbor, five minutes drive to Tripler hospital, and walking distance to the Salt Lake Shopping Center.
The condo is fully-furnished (with the exception of your bedroom), all utilities covered except shared electricity. There is mesh wifi, and A/C is installed in the living room.
ABOUT THE COMMUNITY
Gated building entry, with security cameras for your protection. Tandem parking and a great, low crime neighborhood for walking, or leisure at the park located a block away.
ABOUT THE ROOM
You’ll have your own bathroom, and a bedroom large enough for a queen bed. The closet is modular, with shelving to make storing clothes and knickknacks a cinch.

ABOUT QUINTIN
I am the owner of the condo. A 10-year active duty SONAR Technician in the Navy, originally from Arlington, Texas, and I’ve lived with roommates all around the west coast and Japan. I enjoy video games, bass guitar, hang drum, hosting trivia night at bars around Honolulu, motorcycling, playing board games, horror movies, books, and hosting trivia nights at local bars.
ABOUT ADIA
Adia is a DOD contractor and plant-lover. After serving eight years in the Navy, she now enjoys her job as an instructor for Sailors. Adia enjoys motorcycles, anime, playing board games, reading, cooking, and hiking. She is also an accomplished musician. She has a bright personality and is great to get along with.
