Hello!
I have a 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bathroom complex. I will be renting out the master bedroom available late December. Moving dates are flexible. Rent is $1300 plus half of utilities.
Complex is by Howarth Park. 1200 sq ft with a small backyard. Washer/Dryer included. Shared bathrooms and kitchen spaces. Please no pets and no drugs. Looking for someone quiet and clean.
Don’t mind occasional guests but no large parties or constant guests.
I will be moving to the guestroom and the room will be cleared out. Bed is available.
