It’s a nice, quiet, little community off of Henderson Rd. about 1/4 of a mile from 315. Mostly young professionals & families so everyone is very friendly, quiet & respectful. You will have your own bedroom & full bathroom to yourself. It is adjacent to a train track which typically isn’t that busy. I myself am a light sleeper, and I found after a few days I stopped hearing them. It’s on the second floor and we have a balcony as well. You will also have access to a gym, pool, and conference centers. It is not on the property, but they have a deal with a very nice building a couple blocks up the street that gives us fobs to use their amenities. The price includes rent, water, renters insurance, electricity, and internet. The apartment has an in-unit washer & dryer as well as a dishwasher.

I’m Mitch, I’m 24 & I graduated from OSU with a finance degree in December last year. I work at a wealth management firm Monday - Friday from 8-4. I typically spend a lot of time at the apartment after work & on the weekends, so you’ll definitely see me a lot. I’m clean, but not a clean freak. As long as there is no old food/food mess and it’s taken care of in a reasonable amount of time I don’t care. My boyfriend (23 y/o, recent OSU grad, works in payroll) stays over 3 or 4 nights a week so you will see him too. We love meeting new people & are very friendly/respectful. My current roommate is moving out of state for a job soon. Available from Nov. 16 ’22 to Jul. 31 ‘23, after which I will be staying & my boyfriend will be moving in. The room will not be available after Jul. 31st. I have all of my own furniture in the living room, however the spare room will be completely empty upon move in. I’m cannabis/drinking friendly (although I do not smoke inside) & have a crippling Juul addiction that I will be engaging with quite frequently.
