Private room with only one roommate. It is a 3 bedroom, full kitchen, new washer and dryer (free) in building, living room, water closet, and bathroom. Rent includes all expenses except the internet. The 3rd room is a spare bedroom for guests and an office space that is shared. The private room has a closet with sliding mirror doors and a bay window. The room is not furnished. There is a backyard that the landlords provide upkeep for. The landlords live on the 2nd floor and are beyond amazing.

Hi! I am a 30-year-old queer student that attends USF for Marriage and Family Therapy. I have two cats, Nala and Mufasa, that are sweet. I work at a middle school and as a sex educator in San Francisco. I enjoy having people over for dinner every few months. I don’t smoke and drink occasionally. I am poly and have a partner who stays one or two nights a week. I typically enjoy quieter nights and love to read.
