Evans Drive

The room is a decently sized room in an 1800 sq foot house with a large backyard and garden area. The house is in a quite neighborhood that is within walking distance of multiple grocery stores and CU Boulder. It is also close to multiple bus routes that provide easy transportation to other areas of Boulder.

I am looking for someone to take over my lease from December to the end of July if possible. There are currently 3 people that are living here, 2 guys and 1 girl. They are all pretty quiet and are either graduate students or professional students. They also like to socialize, go skiing, hiking, and cooking together on weekends.
