Spacious private room, with private bathroom en-suite. Laundry room outside of bedroom. Close to base, within a 2 minute drive, and a short drive around from restaurants and shopping centers. Our community has a pool, a tennis court, a pond, and garbage and landscaping is covered. Utilities included in your rent! First month rent and security deposit expected UPFRONT.

My boyfriend and I are both pretty busy. He is home three days a week and works most of the day otherwise. We’re both chill and VERY clean and do not drink at home. He has a little gym set up in the garage.
