Colleen's room

This is located in central/south Lakeland off of Edgewood Dr near lakeside village.

I’m a single mom with two kids. I have a seven year old and a five year old and they go to school during the day. I work from home. My computer set up is in my bedroom. My kids do you like to have fun and can be a little loud after they get out of school. We keep a very normal routine and schedule, we’re not gonna be up super late at night making lots of noise so I would expect the same from a roommate, I also keep the house very clean. It does get messy at times but I’m looking for someone that’s definitely going to keep their bedroom clean and any messes they make clean up. I’m super easy-going and chill delivered otherwise. I am a homebody. We do like to go out sometimes on the weekends though. I have a good relationship with my landlords. I do want to follow their rules when it comes to those. They do have very specific guidelines when they allow someone to rent from them. Your credit cannot be under 600 per my landlords and you also have to be able to pass their background check and then you would have to sign the lease that I am currently on.
