Unfurnished room available to sublease now to November 30, 2023,

Unfurnished bedroom is located on the third floor of a 3 level, co-ed townhouse in Fairfax, VA, less than 10 minutes walking distance to Vienna Metro. Its dimensions are 11x11. It has room for a queen bed, night stand and dresser. Bathroom is shared with a female professional. She does not have a preference for gender, just like the new housemate to be clean and respectful.

Please no couples, kids, and family members.

Bedroom is available for move-in now. Off-street parking is available and free when applying for a parking permit with a lease agreement.

Rest of the townhome is furnished. Washer and dryer are available for use on site. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Cookware, glassware, and flatware are available to use.

Rental cost for available room is $700. Utilities are separate from rental cost and they include electricity, gas, internet, water, and trash/recycling services. Utilities will be split evenly among all four housemates.

Our townhouse is CO-ED so we welcome all genders! One male professional resides in the master bedroom and two female professionals in the other two bedrooms - one of whom you’ll be sharing a bathroom with. Two of us work remote and one of us work on-site so our preference is for our fellow housemate to work on-site to avoid conflicts for meetings. There is a dog who lives in the townhouse so we are looking for someone who is okay with that and has no allergies towards dogs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional pets at this time due to the one pet household policy on the lease agreements.

Requirements for the future fourth housemate:

• Must have a steady job and be able to provide proof of employment/income
• Non-smoker
• No pets
• Must be very clean and able to clean up after themselves
• Be comfortable and respectful of the co-ed house dynamic
• Respectful of roommates’ personal property, groceries, privacy, and work hours
• Responsible in promptly paying rent and 1/4 utilities each month
• No allergies towards dogs
• Preferably someone who works on-site
• Preferably someone in their mid 20s to early 30s

To qualify for the room after a scheduled room viewing:

• Pay a one time, non-refundable fee to run background and check
• Provide references from previous rentals
• Pay one month’s security deposit and first month’s rent at the signing of the lease.

Current roommates are two female professionals and one male professionals working in the Northern Virginia area. Our age range is from mid 20s to 30s. Two of us work remote and one of us works on-site. We’re pretty laid back and share an agreement maintaining cleanliness and clutter-free state in the shared, common areas so we want a roommate who is on board with that.
