I’m looking for a new roommate to join me in my current apartment and renew the lease for 18 months. My current roommate is moving to be closer to work. It’s the cheapest I’ve found in Quincy since this place usually goes for 3k/month.

I currently have a hybrid schedule and like to cook and stay home. It would be nice to grab a meal or drink together but not necessary for future roommates.
