Hello room searchers! We have two rooms open in our home. The room is located in the San Antonio District. The house is only twelve blocks east of Lake Merritt, a 3 minute bike ride to either Fruitvale or Lake Merritt Bart Stations and close to many amazing restaurants. The room size is about 10’ x 12’ with great light. There are two full baths, giant living room and large kitchen, and an indoor space for storing your bike. The entire space is kept clean by each roommate contributing to a revolving chore wheel which only takes about 10 minutes per person a week. The common spaces are furnished and comfortable! All of us are professionals who want a responsible adult to share the house with. We are all really busy and all have extremely different schedules. So we are not a party house. We do work towards a drama free home and hope you are as well. If you would enjoy a quiet adult house that doesn’t require you participate in a ton of house meetings then this is your place. Move in cost: 1st, last and 400.00 Deposit. If you have interest in coordinating the house discount will be generous and reflective to your experience.
