I live in Park Creek Village Apartments in Hillsboro. 1 bedroom (10’0“ x 9’8’) and 1 separate but private bathroom, in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom available. On the ground floor. Move-in: Any time in November Rent is ~$688 per month split, utilities- water, trash, sewer, and heating billed by the landlord are ~$60 per month split. Internet is separate ~$17 per month split, Electricity is separate ~$70 per month split. So the total monthly is ~$825 to ~$845. Move-in is ~$1,000 with application and deposit. Washer and dryer in unit. Dishwasher in unit. Central heating but not central AC. Would have to apply and get accepted, application $45. Carport and reserved parking are available for extra. Trimet bus stop is right in front of the entrance street of the complex.

I am a 26-years-old South Asian female. I am a graduate student at Pacific University and currently doing internship. I have an ESA 6-year-old cat. I would prefer a female roommate just based on cultural upbringing. I am an introvert but don’t mind socializing. 420 friendly, smoking outside okay but not inside. LGBTQ+ friendly, and COVID conscious would be wonderful. My cat and my previous roommates cat did not get along together so I’m willing to consider a person with another cat but we will have to see but please no dogs.
