Room has a ceiling fan with light, closet and door to enter bathroom. Storage available. Shared kitchen, dining and living room. Laundry room, no carpet, painted concrete floors in all main rooms, tile in bathroom. Large backyard with several patios and front yard with patio. Parking available in a driveway.

I work from home, have a well-behaved 65# dog and cats. Enjoy a peaceful environment, I’m a Christian and very active in my church, more of a night owl, watch a little TV, reading in the evening, spend time outdoors with my dog, or out with friends. Please no smoking of any kind, drinking or overnight guests.
