I’m looking for someone to move in by May 15! Females only! The house is located 3/5 mins walking distance from downtown Downers Grove. Train stations are walking distance either direction from the house. It’s an old beautiful 4 bedroom house; one shared bathroom. I have my room and a spare room; you’ll have your room and a spare room for whatever you like. The landlord is super chill. As far as the lease goes it’s a month to month sub lease. Rent is $800. Utilities+internet are not included in rent and can fluctuate due to season’s changing. We will split gas, electric, and internet. If this sounds like a good fit we can schedule to chat and I can show you the house; if you decide to move in I’ll need to take a copy of your ID and see your paystubs for the landlord. To obtain a house key and rent the room I require $750 for the depost+$800 (1mo rent). I prefer someone without a dog b/c my dog might or might not get along; we’ll have to introduce them before the final decision; if they don’t get along you unfortunately can’t move in. Theres no cig smoking in the house but marijuana is okay. I would want someone with the same values. ethics, and morals. we have to be fair to each other. I need a good person to be a team. I’m physically disabled so I’m unable to work; my disability is pending and I have a couple sources of income so I still get my bills paid. I spend a lot of time going to appointments for Drs., physical therapy, and therapy for mental health, I take care of personal responsibilities, I care for my animals+plants. I enjoy hiking and outdoor activities. I’m very friendly, respectful, and clean. I’m not about drama. I like to live in peace and have a peaceful environment. I have a lot of hobbies that keep me busy. I don’t really bother people and I spend most of my time alone. I’m really laid back and when I have down time I nap, watch movies, paint, read, draw illustrations. I sell art for a living Im 31 so I prefer to live with someone around my age.
