Just one block from Park Ave - Available January 15th and going through July 31st. Only one other roommate (2nd year PhD student) – the third bedroom is a shared office space with a futon for guests, and an additional closet that is entirely yours (not shared). There is also a small “bonus space” that we have turned into a reading room. Additionally, there is a full dining room and separate full living room.

There is free in-unit laundry, off-street covered parking (plus an additional reserved spot for guests), huge common space and large bedrooms, refinished hardwoods throughout.

Only one other roommate – the third bedroom is a shared office space with a futon for guests! She is super friendly, respectful, and clear 2nd year Clinical Psychology PhD student. When she has time, she enjoys grabbing roommie breakfast/coffee or watching Netflix on the couch. She is very active in doctoral program and keeps very busy.
