Property is a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath 1,300+ sqft condo in the Brookhaven/Ardmore area! You’d have a private room and bathroom. The condo has hardwood floors, large windows with tons of natural light, a recently renovated shower with tub, and a spacious balcony. Common areas are furnished but not the bedroom. The rent includes a reserved parking spot in a secured garage, internet, cable, gas, and trash, so the only additional fees are water and electric (splitting with a roommate).

I recently moved back to Atlanta for a job after finishing grad school here. I’ve been living with roomies in one way or another since college (most recently lived with 3 girls who were mostly strangers and got along great)! I enjoy running, hiking, cooking, sustainable living, a good comedy podcast, and checking out festivals/other events around ATL. I’m trying to be respectful of the condo community rules, so no smoking of any kind and please be conscious of noise after about 10 p.m. I love animals but unfortunately, no pets allowed.
