The unit was renovated in 2011 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, new hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. The kitchen is a chef´s kitchen with granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Its located 4 blocks from the beach, you can see the water and watch the sunsets from the living room! (if you look on Google Maps it counts the alleys as streets, so it looks further away from the ocean than it actually is.)

Free washer and dryer located in the garage. There is a ton of storage available, and your room has a wall to wall closet. We have 2 parking spots available, one in front and one in the private garage. (Your room would include the private garage parking and storage) the living room right now is unfurnished, so your welcome to bring any couch or tables.

I’ve been living here for almost 1 year and I absolutely love it! I really like what this laid back, surfer beach town can offer- easy access to surf and volleyball on the weekends, beach parties, adult sports leagues, bars and restaurants!

Our roommate is moving with her new boyfriend to a new place together and are super sad to leave this amazing place. the new lease starts Feb 1st.

This is a really great place for someone in their 20’s and 30’s to meet new people and be social and active!

The room is the 2nd largest in the unit, has one wall to wall floor to ceiling closet PLUS and additional closet (2 closets) it has a shared bathroom and is $1350

Its a month to month lease. All you need is a 30 day notice to move out.

You will be living with a 40 year old female who works independently. She’s very laid back and likes to work from home or go out with friends

I’m a 33 year old male airline pilot. I travel for work I’m rarely at home. My schedule is 3 days on 3 days off. When I’m not working I’m taking advantage of my free flights and traveling or being outside at the beach surfing or socializing with friends.

We both like to be out and about, checking out new restaurants and meeting new people. We both aren’t drinkers but we aren’t about staying in and do nothing. On the weekends you can find us doing travel plans, working out and living a healthy lifestyle. We are rarely at home.

Looking for someone that is easy going, we don’t have to be best friends but we respect each other and keep the common areas VERY clean so that we all live in harmony. Also, we don’t like to bring the party home and also enjoy our privacy.
