You can move right in as is pictured (bed, desk with chair that has replaced the shelf in the photo, hangers in closet provided, shoe rack, laundry basket) or I can remove the furniture from the room and you bring your own. You will have a very spacious bedroom on the 1st-level of the apartment. Wood ceilings, double sliding door closet, faux-wood flooring. Directly across the hall is your own spacious bathroom with a walk-in glass shower & I’ve put in a detachable showerhead.

The place: Join me in my gorgeous, fully furnished apartment in Ballard. ~850 or 900 ft. ~19’ ceilings. -gas stove & fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, disposal, etc.) -in-unit washer and dryer & dishwasher

One roommate (Me) - 30F Clean, professional, naturally sociable but won’t force you to socialize in any way. WFH half the week. I am gone a lot so there is plenty of time for solitude. Perfectly house-trained cat but he does shed which I keep under control with a robot vac & air purifier. If you’re very allergic this would definitely be an issue though. I’m really conscientious about being a clean, thoughtful, mature roommate and am looking for the same. Although the kitchen looks small, I rarely cook so I certainly would not be in your way. Would love a fellow extrovert who likes to network and try new experiences!
