Paul's room

My home is in Old Colorado City, in a generally quiet neighborhood. It’s a short distance to both the heart of OCC and Downtown Colorado Springs. The room is a fully finished basement furnished with a dresser, chest of drawers, night stand, and a queen sized bed. You will have access to your own full bathroom in the basement. The room is available from mid-November of this year until the beginning of May 2023.

My name is Paul, I own the home. I have one roommate, Marianna, and she will continue living in the home while I am away for work. The bedroom for rent is my own bedroom, but my personal belongings will be stored elsewhere (except the furniture will remain for your use). Marianna is a young professional currently in between jobs. She enjoys spending time outdoors and just general adventuring!
