Private furnished room in quiet neighborhood off of a lake with friendly neighbors. Home is central to all local shops and restaurants.

I am a professional who works 40+ hrs a week. My home is my place of peace, so I keep it clean and tidy. I am 100% drama free and do not use drugs or cigarettes. I do not have pets. My child lives here. She is a pre-teen, so very self sufficient and independent. Sometimes she’s so quiet, I forget she’s home.
