Max's room

LOOKING for a tolerant and organized roommate for a 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT in Cave Spring to take over the remainder of our roommate’s lease (ONE ROOM) from ASAP to June 2023. Rent per person is around ($650) with utilities at MOST, usually less. The room has been used as a make-shift guest room and storage room since then, as shown in the photos. Objects should help provide ideas for scale.

MORE DETAILS: -Rent is split three ways. Since I have the master bedroom, I contribute more than the potential roommate and my current one do. Total prices for living depend on each month due to utilities (AC/heat/power usage). -Community amenities: fitness center, pool, walking trails, tennis courts, guest parking is abundant, extra storage, 24 hour maintenance. -Housing layout/sleeping arrangements: The room we are renting is 10x12 ft and it has a panel-door sliding closet that’s 8x3x5.6 ft. The room is the second largest of the three in the apartment. It has one window with blinds. -There are two bathrooms in the apartment, but this room shares a bathroom with the other bedroom. -Close to Virginia Western Community College, grocery stores, pharmacies, medical facilities, bus stop and Tanglewood Mall. 10 minutes from Towers. -Kitchen is fully stocked with essentials. Groceries are ordered weekly and you only pay for what you will or do use. Kitchen also is stocked with appliances- toaster/conventional oven, a larger oven with stove, Keurig, Fruit Ninja/blender, and dishwasher. -I do have a cat- she is extremely friendly and hypoallergenic. We will not accept any pets. -ABOUT ME: I work as an Administrative Support Specialist in Salem. I’m a nonprofit photographer with ties to the Blue Ridge Parkway Association. -ABOUT WHO WE NEED: We need someone who is highly organized, able to support themselves and pay rent on time, tolerant, clean, responsible, and preferably social. -MUST be willing to sign a lease and roommate agreement.
