I live on Eau Gallie Blvd. very close to the beach with nearby shopping and restaurants and bars. The apartment is 1200 square feet. You have a large, completely furnished bedroom and a bathroom that is fairly big. Pictures are here to view.
About the roomies
I live by myself. I’m fairly quiet, but do watch my sports on multiple devices. I like to cook, I try to keep the place clean. I do naughty things like drink beer, so hopefully you don’t mind that. I like animals but this complex is charging a lot to bring an animal in, so I don’t advise that. I rarely if ever have guests over.
