We ask that you be responsible with ashes as fire danger in this western region is high and deck is wooden.. Owner has a large dog,hope you like dogs, he does shed and loves everybody. Owner has grandson who visits occasionally after school. There are kitchen privileges and some house hold responsibilities like keeping your bathroom clean, occasionally taking trash out, respecting shared areas like living room , kitchen and laundry room.The room to be rented opens onto a huge wrap around deck with nice views . Ramp is attached in back driveway for disabled access from off street parking area.
Owner is a disabled semi retired counselor, working from home on line. She maintains a beautiful,, peaceful home.. has her grandson visit weekly,, sometimes overnight on weekends..If you have a visiting child on weekends occasionally, that’s ok There is a large docile dog in the home who loves everybody but is a great watchdog with a formidable bark (mastif). The other renter is a professional in banking lives in the downstairs apartment keeps to herself and enjoys the quiet patio attached to her space.
