14th Street

The apartment is spacious with 3 beds and 1.5 baths. The room for rent is 10.5/9.5 feet with a big closet and 1 window and will be $1150. We have a massive shared closet in the living space and a storage cupboard in the half bath. The kitchen is massive as well with a full sized fridge and ample cabinet space. We have central a/c and a laundry room in unit. We have a loose cleaning schedule and would prefer someone who is quite clean and respectful.

We are two women (26 & 27) looking for a 3rd women to fill a room. One of us is from London and works in researched at NYU and works hybrid going into the office 2 days a week. The other is from California and is a nanny on the weekends and a student during the week but this is going to change to a normal working schedule hopefully by spring. We both are often out of the home during the day but also enjoy being at home and using the shared space. We like to go out for drinks and enjoy doing things together and would love to have someone else to join.
