The Primary Bedroom with Private Bath is very spacious and includes a 55“ inch TV, art, dresser, desk, 2 nightstands, charging outlet for your phone. The primary bathroom includes 2 sinks, a stand-in shower, toilet in closed room, and large walk-in primary closet. The entire house is smart so can be activated by app or voice.
Shared access with 2 other tenants will include a full kitchen, laundry room, and living room.
Utilities and Internet are included with rent.
Currently, there are 2 male tenants. One is a quiet and respectful college student. I’ve known him for all his life. The other is a head cook at a local restaurant in culinary school. Both will be there at least until October 2023.
