This is a 1440 square feet 3 bedroom mobile home where I am renting 1 room. The other room won’t be rented and can be used for storage. The room is 10x10 with a walk in closet, large kitchen with island, plenty of storage space, private living room space. The park has a pool, clubhouse with pool table, and jacuzzi. The room is on the other side of the mobile home so it is quiet and private. Internet and utilities included. Laundry in house. No overnight guests and non-smokers preferred. No pets. Christian preferred. Must have decent credit and pass background check.

The property is very quiet, private and scenic with lush greenery. Neighbors are very friendly and the mobile home park is in an isolated area next to Highway 67 so no residential neighbors outside the park.
