East Spruce Street

Our home was built in 1895 and full remodel in 2004. We have two parking spaces and a small yard with a mature fruit tree and patio / deck. We have three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the 2nd floor that we are looking to rent out. Two of the rooms share a small full bathroom and when we are not in town, you can use the 3/4 bath in the kitchen area.

All the rooms come with brand new thick mattresses (Zinus), new frames, desk and closet space. Brand new Roku TV’s, new common area furniture and some older, nice furniture as well. The house has gas appliances (dryer, stove / oven). We love Squire Park in Seattle’s Central District because of the easy of getting around. We have brand new portable AC units for each of the rooms and brand new room darkening blinds. Utilities includes 1 Gig internet.

We are a family of 5 that lives almost exclusively in Central America. The adults alternate a commute to Seattle on average a week, in a month, for work without the kids and once in Feb or March with one of our oldest kids. We stay in the basement when / if we are in town. The adults have gone stretches of 3 months of not being in town at times as well. When we are in town, we ask that you limit the hours of kitchen use, to 7 am to 10 pm and work with us to figure out laundry times during the few times we are in town, as the kitchen is directly above where we would sleep! :)
