Hello my name is Patricia Carrillo I am a realtor with Beach to Hills Homes looking for the right tenant. Studio was added on to the back of a home located in the beautiful area of East Whittier. The house and studio share a common wall but there is no access to the front house. Studio has it’s own private side entrance and small courtyard. Please see photos attached. Front home is currently occupied by two individuals who have been thoroughly background checked. You would have no interaction with them as their entrance in on the other side of the property. Studio is very private. Utilities will be shared and split fairly.
