The property is on a large tract of farmland, the house is modern, has a great deck and garden and garage. Everyone who has even been to the house absolutely loves the space. You will have your own very large bedroom and your own bath and access to the rest of the house. Looking for a roommate to split rent, utilities and help with outdoor chores. I will need to clear potential candidate through my landlord. I have start date of Feb. 1, if you need something sooner, please drop me a note and I can see what I can do.

I am an earthy, outdoorsy person who loves to garden. I love music and the arts. I am 55 with 2 small to mid-size dogs. I do not drink - I am super easy going. I am a full-time professional - I am out of the house by 8 and home at 5:30ish and work occasionally at home. I am extremely private but like to entertain on occasion. I am the youngest of nine, so I am used to sharing a space with other people. I will be respectful of your privacy.
