This is excellent student housing in Davis, the apartment is new and fully furnished. You do have an in-unit washer and dryer. The room itself is quite large and has its own bathroom and comes with a walk-in closet. The community here is pet-friendly, and the staff here is nice. The neighborhood is very safe, with gated access and a police station next to it. The bus stop is right in front of the door, which is very convenient. The neighborhood is fully equipped with a swimming pool, gym, study room, and express storage. Garbage is collected every night, so you don’t have to worry about it. I have paid for a full year of trash management ($140). Our current roommates are three Chinese girls. They are quiet and clean. If you are interested, feel free to message me for more information!
