Right next to FIU’s campus (grad students/PhD students) and there is parking, in-unit washer and dryer, plus dishwasher. I have loved living here but my current roommate is moving out.
About the roomies
I work at FIU, and I am gone all morning and early afternoon. I am either in my room or gone usually and I am quiet when I am here. I use the kitchen 1-2 times per day and keep the place clean.
