Living room is fully furnished by current resident; I am selling some of my furniture and a mattress/bedframe set if the new roommate is interested!
The apartment has a washer dryer in-unit, A/C and heating, and a balcony! The apartment complex provides free use of their gym, business center, clubhouse, pools/jacuzzis, and dog park. Parking is available for free in front of the apartment.
Rent includes all utilities (wifi, water, gas, electric, trash valet, etc.).

My name is Katie and I am moving out of this apartment by December 1st! I am seeking a roommate to take my place in the apartment. The ideal roommate is a young non-smoking female who does not have kids and is clean and friendly. Pets may be welcome if the current resident’s cat gets along with them!
My roommate is a clean, quiet and respectful person. We enjoy going on walks/hikes, to the movies, to the gym and out shopping! She is very friendly, and at the same time understands when to give space. She is overall an awesome person! She has a cat named Hestia who mostly keeps to her room.
