I am the sole owner of my non-attached, ocean view, 3 level condo, that is 12 blocks from the Hermosa Beach/Redondo Beach Strand. The house has an ocean view, a small, private backyard, and is super quiet. I want folks to enjoy the house just as I do.
The room is what I call the garden room because it looks out to the private, small, backyard via two french doors. The room is located on the second story, quiet, has its own bathroom, and a decent-sized closet. There is a tv and also a desk that I can take out and replace with dressers if needed. The full-size bed is new and is quite comfy. If you need to, you can go through the backyard to get to the room for your own private entrance.

The neighborhood is quiet and yet also close to nightlife and fun. I have hosted travel nurses for years and want to make sure that folks feel that they truly have a home away from home. I also have a cat, Rumi, who is super, super chill and stays to himself. There is also a small, private, backyard with a fountain and a little gas fireplace. Super chill.

I am 60 years young, and have been running my own public relations business for the past 25 years. I am also running a non-profit called YOU ARE ENOUGH. I am an athlete who loves to swim in the ocean and someone who is outgoing, loves nature, and attends a lot of events in Los Angeles that focus on health and wellness.
