Nathan's room

Call this place home, with a beautiful backyard oasis right in the heart of Metro Detroit. This house is located in Sterling Heights right along Van Dyke. This allows for quick and easy commutes. The house features a bath and a half, 2 living rooms, laundry room, and a fenced in back yard with a hot tub and patio. The private room is currently unfurnished, but I am willing to provide a new queen bed for no additional cost. The property is non-smoking and drug free with all utilities included.

Currently it is just my one year old golden retriever and I. I work a 9-5 during the week and usually am relaxing at home during the evenings. I would prefer another male in their twenties that I could hang out with sometimes, as well as do our own things. I will occasionally have friends over, but usually keep it pretty quiet around the house.
