Regency Lakes Drive

Hello! The apartments are called Charlestons Edge if you want to look them up! It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath. You would have your own room, walk in closet, and a great size bathroom with a garden tub. All of that would be yours by yourself. Nothing is shared except for the living room, kitchen, and laundry room (which is included in-unit as well). It’s a 1300 sq foot apartment with a balcony and vaulted ceilings, so it feels very homey.

P.S. I have a kitchen table now and barstools! Those pictures were taken before I got it.

I moved to Tampa 2.5 years ago from Missouri. I am a very laid back, chill person. I am also clean and like to keep my living room and kitchen very clean. As long as your clean and can pay your bills on time, we won’t have any problems!
