About the room
Furnished home with a patio and a renovated kitchen! I am looking to rent out one of my spare rooms (unfurnished) and am seeking a responsible, clean, and enjoyable person to open my space to.
My community center has a seasonal pool and tennis courts. I am about seven (7) minutes from the Cherry Creek State Reservoir and two (2) minutes from the Nine Mile Station (RTD). I am close to shops, entertainment, etc.
Rent includes all utilities (i.e. Wifi/internet, Gas, Electricity, Water, Trash).
I live a more quiet life–sociable, but naturally introverted. :) Must be able to pick up after yourself and clean your dishes/messes. While I do not smoke, I’m 420 friendly so long as its done outside. Overall I am easygoing; just mainly ask that we keep communication lines open. Looking forward to hearing from you!
About the roomies
My current tenant will be moving out of the room I plan to rent. They will be vacating the last day of November–I plan to have the room deep cleaned prior to your move-in.
