Two downstairs bedrooms with closets, one comes partially furnished with a full size bed you can use, and a dresser. The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home built in 1930, with a front and side porch, basement, and two floors. There’s a washer and dryer in the basement, a garage, parking in the back, and storage space both upstairs and in the basement. The property is just across the river from downtown Elgin, and is within walking distance of both the train and bus stations. Lease is three months, but shoot me a message if you need something specific!

There’s currently two of us living in the house. Erika (23) and Mike (24), we’d prefer someone in their 20’s but we’re flexible! We all enjoy things like gaming, anime, dungeons and dragons, board games, and more. We have different school and work schedules, so we are mostly home on the weekends, but are looking for two roommates who are looking to be friends! We’re looking for two different roommates, each with their own private room and a shared bathroom. Rent includes internet and utilities! Just a heads up, we have a 3 year old tabby cat named Chihiro (We call her Churro), she’s very small and incredibly friendly, as well as a large orange tabby named Robin!
