Gabrielle's room

Our apartment is at the end of dead end, its a pretty quiet neighborhood but no one gets upset if people get a little rowdy. It’s a duplex and the next door neighbor is very chill. We have a good relationship with him already. The apartment is a 3 bed 2 bath. One of the bathrooms is off of a bedroom, so the other one would be shared. Everything but the room for rent is fully furnished, we have a washer and dryer in the basement, and lots of basement storage. The utilities and wifi are not included, however splitting them 2 ways is around 100, so I would assume that the bills would be around 75 splitting 3 ways. The room is at the end of a hall, with one wall shared with another bedroom. We currently already have a cat and a dog so no pets please. Also were currently using the space as a random storage room, obviously everything cleaned, emptied and the blinds would be fixed.

Hello, I am Gabi, I’m 25, and I work I Atlanta on the mornings and the weekends. I’m pretty quiet and have a cat. She free roams the house but is very very chill. She basically just sleeps and cuddles next to people. Allie is the other roommate,24, she goes to life university. She’s in class most of the day but comes home and studies at night. She has a pitbull, but she keeps him in her room most of the day or takes him to campus with her. We are both really relaxed and don’t care about a lot of stuff. Just try to be clean and respectful, of the common space.
