Rebecca's room

Hello, I have a room available in Pico Rivera. It’s on a really nice residential street. The room has a separate entrance. The main house does not have access to the room and the room does not have access to the main house. The room has it’s own bathroom with shower. It does not have a kitchen but has a refrigerator and a microwave. It’s actually really nice, private, freshly painted and has high ceilings. No couples. This is for a single occupant only. No pets. The photo is of the actual room.

There is a family living in the front house with no access to the room for rent.
