There is a room available at a 5 bedroom/2 bathroom house in north Marina (by Walmart). Safe neighborhood, 15 minute walk to beach. Rent is $870 plus utilities, which run about $80 a month. Shared driveway with street parking also available (good amount of space as we are on a cul-de-sac as opposed to a busy street).

You would be living with 4 females, all in their 20’s-30’s (so females preferred). There are a few cats and dogs here (who mostly keep to their bedrooms), but unfortunately the owner will not allow any more pets. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom, so you would be sharing the second bathroom with 3 people. So far we have all been able to make it work just fine. 👌
Full access to all shared areas of the house including garage/laundry area, kitchen with fridge/cabinet space, front and back yard, and living room.
*420 friendly (no hard drugs whatsoever please) tobacco ok outside *no couples, no kids, no exceptions *must be employed

This is a quiet, chill, clean household. We all respect each other and clean after ourselves. Loud stuff like music is fine but if you blast it into the early morning hours, have people over often, or are are a hard drinker/party person, this is not the place for you.
