Offering 2 rooms in a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house in Norcross. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, and the location is minutes away from Walmart, Kroger, gas stations, and several cultural food spots and supermarkets. For those who may commute, the drive to Atlanta ranges from 20 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic.

Kitchen and living room are furnished and spacious. The house also comes with wifi, heating, A/C, washer/dryer unit, security cameras, and parking. A TV unit and backyard fence will be installed in the near future. There will also be plenty of storage space for extra belongings.

I am a 21 year old female undergraduate student attending Georgia Tech. The house belongs to my parents, but I am the acting landlord and the only person living in the house right now. That being said, I will be very present in the house, though I am quiet and keep to myself for the most part.

My standards for cleanliness are a bit strict, and I expect my roommates to respect that. However, I’m very open to communicating with future roommates and getting to know them more personally.
