Anahi's room

We have a private room available in our 3 bed/2 bath house. Room is spacious and fits a king bed comfortably with room for additional furniture. Room also has a large double sliding door closet. Full bathroom which will be shared with one other roommate.

You’ll have full access to the rest of the house including entry living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and back living room/den. Backyard also includes large covered patio and pool.

Driveway and street parking available. Neighborhood is calm and quiet. Located in North Bakersfield/Oildale area. 5 mins off the 99. About 10 minutes drive to Rosedale. 10 minutes to Bakersfield College. 20 minutes to CSUB.

Room will be unfurnished and available by November 19th or sooner.

We are a married lesbian couple in our 20s who occupy the master bedroom and 2nd bathroom, so potential tenants must be LGBT friendly. We have two dogs, border collie mixes, who are very friendly. If you have a pet of your own it would just be a matter of them getting along, though our boys have never had an issue with other animals.

We are cannabis friendly, but prefer it be outside. Also looking for someone who is considerate with guests and noise levels later in the night as we both work full-time, typically early hours.
