Very well located off 215, secluded, gated, niece pool in the summer.

Independent 2 rooms and a bathroom in basement OR private room (with share bathroom in the future), like a small apartment with full size windows. Basic furniture: queen bed, sofa bed small fridge. 2 large closets. Partially furnished. All charges included.

Preference: Month to month, negotiable.

Two options:

1. Rent one room: You still get the privacy of a “separate” unite with your own bathroom until a new tenant comes in. Price $700.
2. You can also rent the 2 rooms, using one as a living area for $900. On condition: if a long term tenants comes in, you need to move to one of the room and share the bathroom. Rent to be decreased at $550.

Dogs welcome at an extra $60/months.
