We have one room available in a 3-bedroom lower unit in a two-family house. Fair amount of storage, laundry in unit, and all new kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher. Three bedrooms and one shared bathroom, a living room, dining room, and study. We have a backyard shared with our upstairs neighbors.
