2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, located in nice quiet area, has a bay window in living room with a deck and porch swing, kitchen, living room, heated garage with free parking spot, heat and water is included, and I have spectrum fiber optic internet this is high speed 1 gbps speed. I do have workout weights that can be adjusted. I have yoga mat in living room. There is a washer and dryer in the basement/garage.

I do work from home taking calls but I am quiet. Not a loud person by nature. I do like to play some videogames after work sometimes, I usually try to be in bed by 10 PM. I am looking for somewhat quiet roommate. I like to keep my place clean. I keep living space clean. I am also looking for someone else who is clean. I do love to cook in my free time. I personally will probably never have guest. You may bring guest just give me a heads up. I do have a cat she does not bite or scratch and usually warms up fast to treats. I swear she’s a sweet heart. I would like to meet in person at coffee shop just to so we can see if we’re good fit as roommates.
