I have a room available for a person that would be living in a 55 plus neighborhood you would have your own bathroom your own bedroom I can either furnish it or you can furnish it all bills are paid you would have internet but if you wanted movie channels you would have to pay for pay for those. You would have full run of the house except my room large backyard large living room dining room. I do have a dog a little Cocker Spaniel there is a dog door and a fenced yard.

I’m a single girl 72 years old. I’m fairly active I golf two or three times a week I play cards in the evening and I do swim I do like to take walks and I work out periodically at the gym.
