Home has a 2-car garage, on-yard parking, air conditioning with gas heat, a large back yard, wood burning fireplace, backyard fire pit and washer/dryer. The home is located near a coffee shop, Home Depot, Target, YMCA, public transportation, shopping, and Interstates. Non-cigarette smokers please; dogs allowed, but no cats. All who wish to apply will be required to go through a roommate pre-interview first. Rent is $1,400/per month which includes bi-monthly exterior pest control, lawn maintenance, and security system. Utilities expenses shall be shared. Shared expenses to include internet, interior pest control, and utilities. Average utilities are $175.00 /month.
