Hi!

I’m moving out of the country and looking for someone to take my spot in a 2 bed/2 bath building in Center City. Fulltime doorman, gym in the lobby, private bathroom/shower, responsive maintenance staff, ect. This spot is an absolute steal for the price and if I weren’t moving I’d never give it up. As an additional perk, the room will come furnished – queen sized mattress/bedframe, desk, dresser, mirror, ect.

Move in would be middle/end of January – our current lease is set to expire in June. To be transparent, this is the 2nd year lease that I’ve signed at this apartment – the management company did not raise our rent the first time around. Background check/income verification will be performed prior to any lease being signed.

The other roommate is a clean (male) grad school student. Looking for other similar young professionals – if you’re interested in the place, please contact me with a bit about yourself.
