I have a newly reconstructed apartment and am offering a private bedroom with private full bath for Rent.The room has a new Queen size bed, ( you need to supply your own linens )with a new large flat screen TV. You have your own air conditioning with thermostat controls.The room is bright and has a big window looking out to my large private furnished terrace which is part of this second floor unit. I am located near Leau Gardens and enjoy a view of the entire village below. You will have access to my laundry room with washer/dryer .This unit is in Audubon Park. Restaurants, gas stations, dry cleaners, Brewery, East End Market, consignment shops , Kelly’s Icecream are all nearby.

I am a mature gay male. I live with my BF in the Master suite . We both work full time. I am looking for someone who brings zero drama on board. The roomie needs to be working full time and able to pay the rent on time on the first of each month. You will need to be drug free, non smoker, and no drinking alcohol at the house .
