Located upstairs in 2-story, 4 bedroom/3 full bath house. Included is shared use of house and backyard including shared use of downstairs bedroom and full bath which can be used as an office or guest suite. Bring your living and dining room furniture as current furniture will be leaving with me. Upstairs W/D provided. Garage parking. Utilities and lawn care is 50/50 split with existing roommate. Small, kid-friendly dogs welcome with landlord and roommate approval. No aggressive breeds!

Gloria and her two, sweet children, 12 and 9, occupy the other two upstairs bedrooms and bath. Gloria is in her 30s and is a CNA. The kids enjoy basketball and dance. Gloria is clean and responsible.
